Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you enjoy a 14-day right of withdrawal without obligation to provide reasons.

The period for a possible revocation extends over 14 days.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact DogPhysio Berlin, headed by Dominik Raehs-Dziemba (Browserstraße 41, 13507 Berlin, email: Dominik@dogphysio.berlin , phone: +49 1724510755). Your withdrawal notice can be submitted informally – by letter, email, or fax. A sample form is available, but its use is optional.

You can also submit a digital cancellation notice via our website dogphysio.berlin. Upon receipt of your online cancellation, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt via email.

Sending your cancellation notice in good time before the expiry of the deadline is sufficient to meet the 14-day deadline.

Consequences of revocation

Upon receipt of your cancellation, we undertake to refund all payments made by you within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you originally used, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any additional fees.

Please note: According to Section 356 Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly agreed to the premature execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and have confirmed that you are aware of the associated loss of rights.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Perishable goods

• Hygiene products whose seal has been opened

• Goods inseparably mixed after delivery

• Alcoholic beverages with an agreed price and delivery after at least 30 days, the value of which fluctuates depending on the market

• Opened audio, video or software products

• Single issues of newspapers and magazines (excluding subscriptions)

• Goods with price fluctuations during the withdrawal period
